My name is Alanna Carbonaro, and I am the Owner, Breeder, and Trainer behind Von Den Mächtigen German Shepherds & Belgian Malinois. My journey began in 2015 with a deep passion for working dogs; a passion that has since evolved into a full-scale, purpose-driven breeding and training program.

 

As a former law enforcement officer, I developed a deep appreciation for the intelligence, loyalty, and capability of working dogs. That experience instilled in me the importance of structure, discipline, and reliability, qualities I carry into every aspect of my breeding and training program.

 

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the most respected mentors, trainers, and breeders in the industry. Their guidance helped shape both my expertise and my philosophy: breeding should always prioritize health, temperament, and true working ability.

 

Even now, I remain committed to ongoing education and growth, constantly expanding my knowledge to refine and improve the Von Den Mächtigen program. My mission is to produce world-class working dogs that excel not only in performance but also as loyal, stable companions.

 

Each of our breeding dogs undergoes extensive health testing, including OFA, PennHIP, or SV certifications to ensure clear hips and elbows, as well as DNA and other extensive testing. From early socialization and structure to exposure and confidence-building, our puppies are raised with the foundation necessary to thrive as family, sport, or protection dogs.

 

We are proudly located in Southern Utah, where our dogs enjoy life on an 80-acre ranch featuring a state-of-the-art kennel facility and a 10-acre trial field dedicated exclusively to training and trials. We are also in the process of building a large indoor training facility to support year-round development and continued excellence.
